What is the return policy?
As a small business, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds at this time. However, if your socks arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect, contact us at hello@geminicollaborative.us and we’ll send you a new pair right away.
We stand behind our craftsmanship with a 60-day quality guarantee. If your socks don’t perform as promised, we’ll make it right.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How does sizing work?
There are 3 different sizes available, small, medium and large.
Small fits W5-7
Medium fits W 7.5-9.5
Large fits W10-12 and M8-11
If you like your socks to feel more snug, we recommend sizing down!
For reference Tara Is a shoe size 8.5 and wears a size medium comfortably!
